About the service
The data from the PRH open data service are digital and available free of charge. The data are updated once a day. The https protocol is used in the data, and the files are in Javascript Object Notation (JSON) format.
Mention the original source. Services based on the data are not allowed to use the PRH or Finnish Business Information System logos, or in some other manner mix up the services with the PRH’s services by using a similar layout. The data are freely available as set out in the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license.
API: Finnish Business Information System
The interface provides basic details of data recorded in the Finnish Business Information System at ytj.fi. You can only access details of companies registered or pending at the Finnish Trade Register. The forms of companies in the Trade Register are listed here.
Please note that details of private traders or companies’ email addresses and phone numbers are not available.
API: Registered notifications
The interface provides details of notifications registered at the Finnish Trade Register since 7 November 2014. You can access the date of registration, the subject matter of register entries, and basic details about companies.
Please note≈ that details of notifications filed by private traders are not available.
API: Digital financial statement information
The interface provides details of profit and loss accounts and balance sheets of digital financial statements filed with the Finnish Trade Register. In digital financial statements, the details are presented in a consistent standard format and in a particular order.
Please note that you can only access details of digital financial statements filed using the IXBRL reporting language. They represent about 5 per cent of all financial statements. You can buy other financial statements via our Virre Information Service.
You need a taxonomy for financial statement details to be able to use digital financial statement details.
